Our beginnings

The beginning of a long road to excellence that meant a commitment to values, quality service and a long-term sustainable vision. Since our early beginnings, we aimed to achieve ambitious goals, passionately seeking for our equipment and services to reflect a legacy in underground mining.

Launch of our long-hole drill rig: RAPTOR

The first rig we manufactured, the Raptor, offered an affordable solution for many underground mines; and positioned us as a reliable option to provide the customer with a complete long-hole solution for underground mining.

Internationalization

First export of a Resemin equipment, a Raptor to Zambia, a commercial operation that paved the way to this important market and to the whole world.

Entry into South American Market

First sale to the Latin American market, which began with the supply of equipment to Chile, and then expanded to the rest of Latin America: we currently serve 9 countries, the most important of which are Mexico, Bolivia and Argentina.

Launch of our roof bolter rig: BOLTER

Equipment for mechanized bolting, the Bolter, was developed and marketed to meet another key need in underground mining: the support of galleries and tunnels, to meet safety needs, one of the key objectives of Resemin as a company

Launch of our face drill rig: TROIDON

The company's first front face drilling rig, the Troidon, is launched. Thus, Resemin consolidates with a complete portfolio of jumbos for the 3 main tasks: face drilling (development), roof bolting (fortification) and long hole drilling (production), thus covering the complete underground mining cycle. This year also marks the beginning of marketing in the Mexican market.

Consolidation in the African market

The company's international expansion is strengthened in the African market, with sales to the Congolese market.

The game changer: MUKI

The development of the Muki represented one of Resemin's most disruptive innovations, producing the world's smallest underground mining equipment. This innovation was a game-changer for the industry. The launch of the Muki led to Resemin's worldwide expansion and its expansion to 5 continents: more than 200 Mukis have been sold to date.

Reaching South Africa

Resemin enters the South African market with the Raptor 55.

Launch of the first rock scaler: SCALEMIN

We launched the Scalemin rock scaler, further expanding the portfolio of mining cycle equipment.

Crossing borders

Entering the Russian market with the Muki 22.

Resemin inaugurated its new assembly plant

Resemin opened its new 15,000 square meter plant in Prialé.

Manufacture and sale of equipment #1000

After 20 years since we started operations, we have sold our 1000th machine, a Bolter 99.
